All payments need to be made by calling our office at 515-244-9000.

There is a prepayment of the dumpster + 1 ton upfront with a credit card over the phone. We place a hold on the credit card for additional tonnage (we will let you know over the phone what this price is depending on the dumpster size rented.) Once we know the final tonnage, we will release the unused money, if applicable.

• Additional days over the 7 day rental period are $10/day
• Tires, electronics and appliances are an additional charge, please contact our office for more information at 515-244-9000
• Additional charges may apply to dumpsters that are filled above the yellow maximum load line sticker
• Damages to the dumpsters may include additional charges to the customer
• If you request a service and we are unable to perform while onsite, this could be subject to a trip charge (we will contact you if this is the case)

Yes, there is a door that can be swung opened to make filling the dumpster easier for the customer.

• Hoarder houses – 30 yards or 40 yards
• Demolition or remodeling: Large 20 yards, 30 yard

• Small household cleanups – 12 yards or 15 yards
• 12' x 24' shed - 40 yards

In most cases, yes. Please contact your local city to inquire about receiving a permit to place dumpster in the street.

ACME Roll-Off requires the release of liability for damages waiver to be signed and returned to us before any dumpster services can be done. See below for a copy of our waiver.

Yes, if our driver is unable to service you, there will be a $75 trip charge assessed. This includes an overfilled dumpster, equipment or car blocking the area, deficient amount of spaced for truck to fit to deliver, switch, or final a can. We will call when the driver is onsite to notify the customer and work to resolve the issue.

Traffic control/permits required by the city in which you are renting a dumpster within will be the responsibility of the customer.
